4 cups assorted salad greens, torn in pieces and chilled
1 cup Sun-Maid Natural Raisins
1 green apple, sliced
1/2 cup whole almonds, toasted
1/3 cup sliced green onions
1 cup crumbled blue cheese, optional
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons mustard
Mix together dressing ingredients of vegetable oil, balsamic vinegar, sugar and mustard. Be sure to blend well.
Combine all salad ingredients in a large salad bowl. Pour dressing over salad and toss salad well to mix.
Sprinkle salad with blue cheese, if desired.
