Appled Sweet Potatoes

Try adding apple sauce with a little brown sugar and dijon mustard to your sweet potatoes for an even more savory delight.

Ingredients
4 medium sweet potatoes
2 cups MUSSELMAN’S® Apple Sauce
1 Tablespoon dijon mustard
1/3 cup brown sugar

Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F.

Boil potatoes in water until tender. Remove from pan. Peel and slice potatoes and place in buttered, shallow 2-quart baking dish.

Combine MUSSELMAN’S® Apple Sauce, mustard and brown sugar. Spread over sweet potatoes.

Bake for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Serve hot.
