Ingredients
3 cups halved strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon lime juice
1/2 teaspoon orange zest
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup cottage cheese
1 teaspoon peach preserves
Chopped walnuts
Directions
Combine the strawberries and blueberries in a bowl.
Stir in the sugar, lime juice and orange zest.
Combine the yogurt, cottage cheese and peach preserves in a small food processor and process until smooth.
Spoon the fruit into individual serving dishes and top with the yogurt mixture.
Sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
